I hired mike and horizon hvac at one of our commercial properties the unit was having issues from the previous hvac company that initially did the work. Mike found the problem and fixed it now it works perfectly. Mike and his crew were always very clean which was big on this project because it was salon suites. The Horizon crew showed up on time. They were polite, started to work immediately. They discussed and explained the install of the mini-split systems before they began work. They cleaned up after themselves. They checked to make sure the systems worked and showed us the simple basics of using the remote to get us going. The entire install process went extremely smoothly and took almost 8 hours. It was a thoroughly professional job, as you would expect. The Della units work fantastically.
